In this lesson you will finish your work in this unit.
Like all lessons in 'Home and Community', this lesson is divided into 3 parts. 

If you have already completed a part of the lesson, skip to the next part.. 
Personal Activity
1. Look at your partner group's website.
2. Write your evaluation in the Writing Page.
Group Activity
1. Discuss your partner group's website.
2. Decide on how to build your website.
3. Think about how to develop the website.
4. Choose a team to continue developing your website.

1. Write your opinion about your partner group's website and complete your work together.

Discuss and evaluate your partner group's website:

Consider the following:
  • Structure of the site.
  • Use of keepsakes and mementos to describe town and community.
  • Design
B. Discuss your website
Discuss your website's continuity

Consider the following:
  • How to get people to visit your website?
  • How to make your website easier to browse? (e.g. uniform color or graphic)
  • Which additional material do you want to upload?
  • How can you and your partner group work together in this website?
Ready?
  • Prepare a list of proposals based on your discussion.
  • Prepare a timetable for uploading additional material to your website.
  • Propose a timetable for joint work with your partner group.
The group administrator will write your decisions into the Group Page.

Send the proposed timetable for joint work to your friends in the partner group. Discuss how you will be working together on the website.
